Nrsimha Caturdasi – the appearance day of Lord Nrsimhadeva.

May 16th is the auspicious day of Nrsimha Caturdasi – the appearance day of Lord Nrsimhadeva, the wonderful form of the Lord who offers His protection in times of need.
Traditionally devotees fast until twilight and meditate on this special pastime. The following is an animation revealing His pastimes narrated in the Srimad Bhagavatam.
Lord Nrsimhadeva ki jaya!.
